It is hard to put into words how wonderful Eaglewood is or to describe the experience. Jami and I recently relocated from Connecticut with our four kids. When we decided to move to Boise, we visited for about four days to find a new home but we could have done it in one. On our first day, we walked through a Tuscany model in a neighborhood south of town. We instantly knew this was the home for us. It's beautiful architecture, open spaces and efficient design drew us in instantly. We ended up contracting with Eaglewood to build our own Tuscany in the Spurwing development. From our initial visit to closing, the Eaglewood team made the process not only easy, but enjoyable. The design center meeting with Josh and Ashley was a great day and they both bent over backwards to make sure we got the home we wanted. Josh even added in a window seat for my young daughter who could not have been more excited! Ashley is a great designer who knows how to pull tiles and floor coverings and colors together to make a home that looks beautiful. Whether you want a warm palate or a cool one, she has the answer! As for the build, it was executed flawlessly. Jaret did a great job and I felt at ease with him leading the build even though I only got to visit twice during the process. During the walkthrough prior to closing, I believe we only found four minor items. Four! This is our third new build and for the previous two, the punchlists were lengthy. Jaret had them resolved well before closing. Eaglewood was extremely flexible with us. Moving cross country is no easy tasks and they were very patient with us, adjusting the closing date twice to meet our needs, one of which moved it up by two weeks. They still finished and had the home ready to go. I could say many more things about Eaglewood, but the short of it is that they are truly a builder of homes, not houses, and they treat you like you are their only customer. Every time I walk into my new home, I'm completely blown away. The entire space takes my breath away. From the extreme vaulted ceilings to the quality and attention to detail, I can't help but fall in love again and again with our Eaglewood Home. When I initially walked into the spec home over a year ago, I knew that I HAD TO HAVE IT. The floor plan is so unique, it's well thought out and every inch of the home's foot print has been utilized in an exceptional way. From the moment we walked into our first Eaglewood model home, we knew something was different. The design elements that were standard in the home were amazing. We noticed special care was paid to the littlest details. Details that we hadn't noticed in other builder's model homes. When we walked into the home that we purchased from Eaglewood, The Cordova, it was as though the home had been built specifically for us. It had so many features from a huge pantry with extra shelving, to functional and well designed closets to beautiful design elements that we hadn't seen before. We started looking at homes a little over a year ago and decided where we wanted to live and then looked for a builder. There were several to decide on in the area we chose. In looking very carefully at the model homes and having my son, who has a building inspection license, with us at the time we found it very easy to make the decision to go with Eaglewood Homes. We wanted our home to be like the three bedroom model but with many changes. We changed it to a two bedroom home with handicapped accessibility throughout, This was done in the most obliging way from all the staff at Eaglewood. It seemed like there was nothing they wouldn't do for us and almost everything without additional cost to us. The items that were additional were totally understandable. Angela was very helpful in our interior and exterior colors, and flooring choices. In looking at the other homes being built in the area and when initially deciding upon our home it was so very obvious just how much more quality and care went into this structure. Right down to the smallest detail were noticed by us. Even now after being here almost a year, hardly a day goes by that we don't say to each other how much we enjoy our home. An added feature too is that we have been amazed at how low our heating bill has been even during the coldest time. The small items that we have found during the course of the year have been remedied to our satisfaction which is a real plus. Just coming up a year now and our handyman will be around with a couple of very small issues. We would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend Eaglewood Homes as top quality builders and genuinely nice people to work with.

I had the most pleasant and unbelievably smooth experience in building my own (and very FIRST!) home through Eaglewood Homes. They were all very thorough and highly professional with utmost attention to both detail and quality. In fact, they would NOT cut any corners when it came to the quality of any products/methods used in the building of my new home. They were also very patient in attending to my questions (in spite of my obvious ignorance!) and were very methodical in explaining how everything worked in enormous detail. They have also been extremely helpful with their warranty-related follow-up -- even when the requests were quite trivial! They were very helpful in providing information about products/suppliers as well as service-related details, which was very reassuring to me as a brand-new homeowner. One of the most important decisions in life is choosing who will build your dream home. It started with Josh, who altered floor plans and made architectural adjustments until we arrived at the plan that was perfect for us. When construction started we were consulted at every milestone and could be involved in as many of the construction decisions as we wanted. Eaglewood uses amazing contractors who are craftsmen in their fields, and as we watched our home being built, the few issues that arose were promptly resolved by Adam. After selecting the finishes, hardware and trim with Abram himself, the dream started to transform into reality. The tile work is stunning and wood railings are jaw-dropping gorgeous! Wood flooring, granite countertops, and amazing cabinets contribute to the warm coziness of a place that will be central to our lives for some time to come. When construction was completed (even early!) and we had moved in, Dustin made sure that everything was in order and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. And it was so very nice to have a fully landscaped front and back yard to move in to, so we didn’t have to worry about doing that at the same time. Our experience after we moved in was as much a testimonial to Eaglewood’s customer service as building the house was. Every question is as promptly and courteously answered as it had been from the beginning of the process. This is our third House to purchase in the United States and easily the nicest and best built. Eaglewood Homes have been great to deal with and even though there were hardly any issues with the house, they were responsive and efficient in all my dealings with them.
We decided to take a leap of faith and build three investment properties during this slow market. Being in the Real Estate business, I had shown Eaglewood homes to many different clients and had been impressed with their quality and unique features. After making the final decision to have Taylor at Eaglewood Homes become our project manager, the building process went quite smoothly. He was extremely easy to work with, un-ruffled when challenges appeared, timely in completing each stage of the project and very particular about the job that each subcontractor was performing. One evening I even saw him walking through each house with a level checking to see if each stud was perfectly straight; I was impressed. I appreciate the fact that the materials available were unique in color and design so as to make these homes stand above the rest in our market. I am very pleased with the final outcome of our homes. The Eaglewood team was supportive and helpful, even willing to pitch in to complete some landscaping tasks so as to complete the job in a timely manner. Since the completion of the project there have been a few minor repairs to make and Taylor has addressed each one the very same day he was contacted. I would most highly recommend Eaglewood Homes. I LOVE my Eaglewood home. I find myself coming home many times and saying that to myself. I love the quality, character, colors, and cozyness of my Eaglewood home and find it second to none. We bought our Eaglewood home in the summer of 2010 and I could not be any happier with our decision. We had just moved to Idaho in May and I was the one in charge of looking for our future home. My realtor spent numerous days and hours with me; let's just say I knew what I wanted. It seemed that every house I went into just wasn't it. The living room was too small, the kitchen was too small, the bedrooms were all wrong, the house was too old, etc. We came upon the Tuscany Community and fell in love with the neighborhood and amenities. Now, we just needed to find something that worked for our family and our budget. My realtor told me about a house that he thought was "perfect" for us. I've heard that before! So, off we went to look at an Eaglewood Home, the Sonoma. I walked through the door and fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for! The floor plan was spacious and open. The colors were beautiful, the architecture was unique. We visited that house 4-5 times in 2 days. I knew it was our house, our home. When we walked into that house as a family, I knew we were home. Eaglewood found a way to capture everything that I wanted in a home. Eaglewood is obviously very detail oriented and takes pride in the product that they produce. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new home. We actually met with a potential buyer last winter that was looking at several builders and after touring our house became our neighbor in the Spring! Adam, our super, was wonderful to work with. We looked at somewhere between 20 and 25 homes in the Meridian area. On our second day out the realtor, now knowing just what we were really looking for, said I have one more I would like to show you. When I walked into this home I said WOW; I knew this one was the one. Our builder Adam had gone the extra mile in building a home that felt like home when we walked in. Our family and friends always comment on the layout, the storage, the cozy but roomy feel and just plain beauty of our home.

I am a drywall contractor in Twin Falls and have been working with Eaglewood Homes for the last four years and I have to say that Eaglewood Homes is a pleasure to do business with. We are updated each week through email on the progress and schedule. Most schedules don't work in construction but theirs does. Their subcontractors do a great job of being on time and completing the job. A large part of that is the flow of the job, the superintendent is always available for questions and when the job is complete our invoices are paid on a set day in a timely manner. Our experience with the attractive, modern and well built Eaglewood Homes has been extremely positive.
