Our Team

Since joining the Eaglewood team in 2003, Abram has worked in various roles such as construction superintendent, vice president of construction, and CEO. He thrives in discovering new ways to enhance our customers experience and streamline processes. Abram graduated with a bachelor of science and master of business administration. He enjoys travel, computer programming, playing basketball, and hiking.

As vice president / CFO, Heather handles the transactions from lot acquisitions to home closings and all the details in between. With substantial experience in finance and management, she prides herself in leading with integrity while critically thinking through financial process efficiencies and conducting business with excellence. As an Idaho native, Heather graduated with honors from Boise State University. Go Broncos! She is a lover of her faith, family, friends, food, fitness, finances and fun. Heather has never been known to turn down a donut!

Josh is in charge of designing and developing the floor plans and blueprints for every new Eaglewood home. As a graduate of Boise State he always had aspirations of designing home plans and has been fortunate to do so with Eaglewood for over 10 years. The best part of Josh’s position is helping Eaglewood clients understand the building process and coming up with ways for his design to be transformed into their homes. Beyond design and drafting Josh very much so enjoys the outdoors, whether it be mountain biking, fishing, hunting, hiking, or camping it doesn’t matter as long is it is outdoors and the entire family is coming along.

Kyler loves to enjoy the outdoors by camping, fishing, skiing, and hiking. He also enjoys spending time with his family and hanging out with his nieces and nephews.

With nearly a decade of customer service experience he likes being able to help solve people's problems and loves building beautiful homes people can enjoy for years to come. When he isn't at work, Gage loves to spend time with his family, no matter what they are doing.

Brett is our director of marketing and is in charge of the Eaglewoood brand as well as advertising and media across the web. Brett has always been an artist and enjoys coming up with new ways for people to experience Eaglewood Homes before they buy. Brett graduated with honors from Texas Tech University with a degree in Architecture where he honed his skills of design and media presentation. He enjoys drawing, cooking, traveling with his family, swimming, elotes, roller coasters, and talking in Spanish with his wife so his kids don’t know what treats they’re planning to eat.
